No, only you or your attorney can create or prepare the document the notary only completes the notarial certificate.

No, we can provide examples for you to choose, if you are unsure, please contact the recipient of the document for clarification or consult with an attorney.

What is a jurat certificate?

What is an acknowledgment certificate?

A formal declaration before a notary public that the instrument presented is the free and voluntary act of the party executing it and the signatures on the document are genuine.

What is a credible witness?

A believable witness worthy of confidence. It creates a chain of personally known Individuals from the notary public to the signer of the document.

⭐️What is a Notary Public and what we do?

A notary public is an individual commissioned by the state of Indiana to serve as an impartial witness and fraud deterrent for legally significant documents.
During the Notarization process the signer/signers whose name is on the document will meet with the Notary in person and show acceptable identification meeting their state requirements.
The document will be reviewed to make sure it identifies the type of notarization(certificate) required and meets the state requirements.
The Notary will verify the identification of the signer/signers as allowed by state law such as an Identification document, Personal knowledge or a credible witness with Identification, Also the Notary will make sure the signer/signers understand what they are signing.
After all requirements are satisfied the notary will administer an oath/affirmation/acknowledgement based on the type of certificate then complete the session by signing and stamping your document.
If we are unable to complete your notarization, we do not charge any fees.
We follow Indiana State law using the Indiana Notary Public Guide issued by the Secretary of State.
Notary has the option to refuse any Notarization if it cannot be performed according to required state requirements or fraud is suspected.
